O R D E R

% 14.03.2019 This is an anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C, by Mr.Shokat Ali against the impugned order dated 25.01.2018 passed by Special Judge -01, N.W. Rohini, Delhi in Case FIR No. 431/2017 under Section 420/467/438/471/120B IPC, PS Kanjhawala.

On 05.10.2018, the respondent was directed not to take any coercive action against the petitioner.

Today a fresh status report has been filed. It is submitted on behalf of the State that main accused Dinesh is on run and during investigation and interrogation of the petitioner/Shokat Ali, it is revealed that he was only a mediator in the deal between Smt.Hemlata and Mr.Harul Malik and he has nothing to do with the documents registered at the Sub-Registrar Office. The main accused Dinesh is to be traced.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that in the event of arrest till filing of the chargesheet, the petitioner, Shokat Ali be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/SHO concerned, and further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Application stands disposed of.
