As agreed, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that impugned judgment will stand but appellant will get interest @ 12% per annum simple from 27.12.2004 instead of interest @ 9% per annum as granted by the trial court.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid consent order.
