This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing decision letter dated 13.11.2025, whereby Respondent has rejected the application of the Petitioner seeking approval for B. Pharm course for academic session 2025-26. 2.

Learned counsel for PCI submits that the writ petition is rendered infructuous since the cut-off date of 15.11.2025 is over. 3.

Plain reading of the writ petition shows that the challenge is in respect of a decision taken by PCI rejecting Petitioner's application seeking approval for B. Pharm course for academic session 2025-26, in respect of which the cut-off date is over. Therefore, entertaining this petition will only be academic.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
