% 26.11.2025 This Case is taken up today, as 25th November, 2025 was declared as a holiday.

The present writ petition has been filed to renew the license of the petitioner for Catering Stall/General Minor Unit No. CS-1, Near OHE Pole No. 228/11, at PF-I of Sant Hirdaram Nagar Railway Station, Bhopal Division.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he gives up the other prayers and presses only for extension of seven months to vacate the said Unit in terms of the various judgments passed by this Court. 3.
However, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in the present case, the petitioner has approached this Court belatedly by suppressing the fact that E-auction Notice with respect to the Stall in question had already been published on 04th November, 2025. 4.
He further submits that the present writ petition came to be listed before this Court only on 19th November, 2025, by which time, the bidding process was already over and successful bidder had already been allotted the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Short affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. Copy of the same has been handed over to this Court, which is taken on record. 6.
The relevant portions of the short affidavit filed by the respondents, are reproduced as under:

Perusal of the aforesaid short affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents clearly shows that the E-auction for the Stall in question was published on 04th November, 2025 and the said process culminated on 19th November, 2025, the day when the present writ petition was listed before this Court for the first time.

This Court further takes note of the fact that a new bidder has already been declared successful and requisite letters, in this regard, have also been issued to the new bidder.

Considering the aforesaid, no orders can be passed in the present case. 10.
The present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly, dismissed.
