Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He does not oppose the prayer made in the application. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:

"It is therefore prayed that the delay of 10 days in depositing the FDR's with the High Court Registry be condoned;"

The prayer made in the application is to the effect that delay of ten days in depositing the FDR be condoned. For the reasons given in the application, the delay is condoned and the time for depositing the FDR is extended by ten days.
