This petition has been filed by the petitioner, complaining that although the pleadings in his O.A., being O.A. No. 58/2024, were completed more than a year ago, the O.A. has not been taken up for final hearing.

The petitioner further complains that, in the meantime, the departmental proceedings are continuing, which may render the O.A. infructuous if it is not taken up for hearing.
