O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 After certain negotiations, both parties have agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs.3.50 Lac over and above the award payable by Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited to the claimant in appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant towards full and final settlement of the present claim. The cheque shall be deposited by the insurance company within four weeks from today lest shall carry interest @ 9% from the date of default till realisation. The amount so deposited shall be released in favour of the claimant after completion of necessary formalities. Nothing remains in the appeal.

In view of above, the appeal and pending applications stands disposed of.
