This petition is filed seeking directions to the SDM to demarcate the agricultural land bearing Khasra No. 43/21 (0-8) situated in revenue estate of Village Mehrauli, New Delhi.

The grievance raised in this petition is that the application made for demarcation on 15.09.2025 has not been dealt with till date. 3.

It is an undisputed fact that the land in question has been urbanized. The issue that after urbanization of the land, which authority has to carry out demarcation is sub-judice before a Larger Bench of this Court. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of at this stage with the direction that the SDM shall immediately decide the application of demarcation after the decision of the Larger Bench and if so required would transfer the application to the competent authority.
