extraction of ground water, viz. respondent no.8 (M/s Kannes Inc.). 4.

During the course of hearing, it transpires that the petitioner has filed a civil suit seeking permanent and mandatory injunction, rendition of accounts and recovery of damages/ use & occupation charges against the said respondents premised on the same allegations. Numerous other judicial proceedings between the petitioner and the private respondents are also stated to be pending.

In the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. The same is accordingly dismissed. 6.

Needless to say, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue civil remedies and/ or make appropriate representation/s to the concerned authorities, as may be permissible under law, and which shall be considered on its own merit/s.
