Learned counsel appears for the respondents appears on advance notice and submits that concerned Assistant Registrar is in the process of preparing a report which would be tabled before the Registrar within one week from today and, thereafter, the Registrar shall take appropriate decision keeping in mind the specific directions contained in order dated 31.07.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 10494/2024. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement and assurance, Mr. Shiv Charan Garg, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner, at the moment, is not interested in pursuing her present petition.
