After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since de novo inquiry has now been initiated against the petitioner, the petitioner is not very keen in pursuing with the present contempt petition but, at the same time, the petitioner prays that the respondent be directed to conclude the inquiry within a particular time-frame.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that there would not be any unwarranted delay on their part and if the requisite assistance and cooperation is provided by the petitioner, they would wrap up the inquiry within the maximum period of six months from today. 3.
