Mr. Gagandeep Singh Gandok (respondent no.1) is present in Court along with his counsel and states that on 2nd May 2025 he had heart trouble and, therefore, he had to be admitted in the hospital. 2.
Medical documents have been showed to the Court, even though the Court is not convinced by the medical documents handed over. 3.
As a final opportunity to Mr. Gagandeep Singh Gandok to comply with the orders of the Court dated 18th January 2024, the direction passed on 17th April 2025 is now scheduled for 9th May 2025. 4.
Parties i.e. petitioner, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Gandok (respondent no.1), respondent no.2 and Mr. Mandeep Singh Chhatwal shall be present The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the Sub-Registrar on 9th May 2025 at 10:30 A.M. in order that this process as per the agreement settlement can be accomplished and vacant possession of the property can be given, in terms of the settlement, on the same day.

Needless to state vacant possession includes the removal of all the belongings of Mr. Gangandeep Singh Gandok in this matter. 6.
It is made clear that if there is any further infraction by Mr. Gagandeep Singh Gandok, further proceedings in contempt will be taken. 7.
Petition is, therefore, disposed of in the above directions. 8.
Petitioner is at liberty to revive the same in case of any continued infraction.
