% 06.01.2026 CRL.M.A. 313/2026 By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, respondent No.2 seeks a direction to the effect that respondents Nos.2 and 3 are together required to pay costs of Rs.25,000/-.

The prayer appears to be contradictory to what was directed vide para 14 of order dated 04.12.2025.
