Through the present application, the Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in case FIR No. 0452/2024 under Section 103(1)/ 3(5)/ 61(2)/ 190/ 191(1)/ 191(2)/ 191(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station, Badarpur, Delhi. 2.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present bail application. 3.
