The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying for grant of parole for a period of three months on the ground of getting his son admitted in boarding school, for taking care of his family as well as for maintaining social ties.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed two weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 29.10.2015 to 12.11.2015.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is rejected at this stage. 5.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
