This hearing has been conducted through hybrid mode. 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 1, as per the settlement dated 09th December, 2025. In view of the said settlement, learned counsel submits that the present petition may be disposed of. 3.
The settlement deed dated 09th December, 2025 has been placed on record. Paragraph 2 of the said settlement reads as under: "2. That both the parties shall make a request to the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi to dispose of CM (M) No. 4041/2024 titled as Anita Yadav vs. Shailesh Jain & Anr in terms of the present settlement and pass an order thereby releasing the property bearing No. 74 ,First & Second Floor, Nimri Colony, Ashok Vihar Phase IV, Delhi - 110052 from the attachment in execution and stay passed in this case be vacated.

Keeping in view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 09th December, 2025 as arrived between the parties and accordingly, the Property bearing No. 74, First & Second Floor, Nimri Colony, Ashok Vihar Phase IV, Delhi-110052 is released from attachment. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
