The present petition has been filed for issuing directions to the learned Trial Court for speedy trial on a day to day basis. 2.

Petitioners are plaintiffs in the Trial Court who filed suit for declaration of title and possession.

on the maintainability of the suit on 09.01.2025. 4.

Without knowing the status of the Board of the Trial Court, it may not be appropriate to issue time bound directions or for taking up the matter on a day to day basis.

Since it is an old matter of the year 2003, petitioners are at liberty to make such request before the learned Trial Court, and if such a request as aforesaid is made, it is expected that the Trial Court would make effort to expedite the disposal of the case.

Counsels for both parties are requested to render their due cooperation to the Trial Court.
