The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers:- "(i) Initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent Nos.1 to 5 for disobedience of the order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the Court of the Ld. District Judge-12 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CS DJ No.1165/2025 titled as "Divya Kiran Vs. Sunita Devi & others" by opening a grocery/retail store and further by heightening the boundary walls at the Plot Nos.1 & 2, area measuring 208 Square Yards (36" x 52°) falls in Khasra No.29/2/3, JharodaMajra, Burari, Delhi unauthorisedly and punish them by awarding simple imprisonment;

(ii) Issue an appropriate order to the Respondent No.6 to demolish the unauthorisedly heightened boundary walls erected by the Contemnor Nos.1 to 4 in aid and collusion with the Contemnor/ Respondent No.5 at the aforesaid property;
(iii) Pass any other or further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Court of competent jurisdiction as permissible in law. 4.
Leave and liberty granted.
