By the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of his miscellaneous applicant seeking cancellation of look out circular in FIR No. 977/2021 dated 25.11.2021, registered at Police Station Burari, for offences under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is already complete and the chargesheet has been filed.

He submits that the petitioner is working in Germany and his work visa will expire in six months. He submits that the petitioner has not travelled due to the pendency of the investigation.

He submits that the application was filed by the petitioner on 05.09.2024, but has not been decided as yet. 8.
Concededly, the application filed by the petitioner is listed for consideration on 19.12.2024.

The learned Trial Court is requested to decide the application on the said date.

No orders are required to be passed at this stage. 11.
The petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
