% 22.01.2016 I.A. No.1022/2016 By this application moved under Sections 151 & 152 CPC, the petitioner seeks corrections of typographical errors in the judgment dated 01.12.2015.

It is pointed out that the parentage of Ms. Jannat Sodhi has wrongly been noted in paragraph 3 as daughter of Brig. (Retd.) Joginder Nath Arora, whereas she is the daughter of Brig. (Retd.) Naveen Sodhi. Attention has also been drawn to the affidavit filed by Ms. Jannat Sodhi on record. It is also pointed out that in paragraph 7 of the judgment, the Court has granted the relief of Probate in respect of the Will in question, whereas the petitioner had sought Letters of Administration with the Will annexed. In my view, the aforesaid are mere typographical errors and the same can be corrected. Accordingly, the application is allowed and both the

errors mentioned above stand corrected.
