The solitary grievance which is raised in the writ petition pertains to the inaction on the part of the respondents to process the refund claims of the writ petitioner and which arise in light of the order passed in appeal on 16 December 2022.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to process the said claim within a period of two weeks from today.
