behalf of the Petitioner seeking correction of a typographical mistake in Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court. 2.

Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Order dated 20.11.2025 passed by this Court read as under:

"2. Material on record indicates that an Arbitral Tribunal was constituted by the parties through mutual consent and Hon'ble Justice R. Banumathi, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, was appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate on the disputes between the parties on 17.09.2022. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is coming to an end on 25.11.2025, and therefore, the present petition has been filed for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

3. It is stated that matter is at the stage of final arguments and, therefore, the mandate of the Arbitrator be extended."

It is stated that inadvertently, in paragraph No.2, the term "Sole Arbitrator" has been mentioned instead of "Presiding Arbitrator". Similarly in paragraph No.3, the term "Arbitrator" has been mentioned instead of "Arbitral Tribunal".

In view of the above, Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the Order dated 20.11.2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent. 5.

Let the Order dated 20.11.2025 and the present Order be read conjointly.

The applications are disposed of.
