CM(M) 258/2016 & C.M. No.9477/2016 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 27.02.2016. He gives up his challenge to the order dated 02.01.2016 passed by the District Judge.

Vide order dated 27.02.2016 (passed by the Civil Judge) cost of Rs.1000/- has been imposed upon the petitioner; submission is that both the parties were absent at the time when the cost was imposed and the attitude of the Court was discriminatory by imposing cost only upon the petitioner/plaintiff. Cost is waived.

Petition disposed of.
