The petitioner has filed this application in proceedings arising out of FIR No. 0647/2025 dated 08.08.2025, registered under Sections 376 and 313 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After some arguments, Mr. Himanshu Saxena, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to move the learned Trial Court after testimony of the prosecutrix. 3.

However, Mr. Saxena submits that the evidence of the prosecutrix has not been recorded on the last two dates of hearing for reasons not attributable to the accused. The learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the recording of the evidence of the prosecutrix.
