By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers: "A. Quash the Complaint No. LC-191 lodged and pending for investigation before Police Station IGI, New Delhi and all proceedings and inquiry emanating therefrom; or in alternative; B. Direct the transfer of Complaint No. LC-191lodged by Respondent No. 2 and pending for investigation at P.S. IGI Airport, New Delhi to P.S. Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Delhi Police and/or before the Court of Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ms. Shriya Aggarwal where the Petitioner's detailed criminal Complaint under section 175(3) BNSS is pending;

C. Direct that the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Delhi Police, may take over the inquiry in this matter by Police Station; OR, in the alternative;

D. Direct that IGI Police Station transfers the inquiry in this matter to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/11/2025 at 12:18:41
