identical issues. By an elaborate judgment passed on 16.02.2026, a batch of Writ Petitions involving identical issues were disposed of. 4.

Now, these two Review Applications have been filed while drawing the attention of the Court to prayer (c) in the Writ Petition, which is concerning constitution of an Independent Expert Committee and referring the answer sheets of the Petitioners for revaluation to the said expert committee.

5.

Such prayer was also made before the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT') but from the reading of the order passed by CAT, it becomes evident that this prayer was probably never pressed before the learned CAT.

6.

In any case, in absence of rules, regulations or instructions for constitution of Expert Committee for revaluation of answer sheets, this Court does not find it appropriate to pass any direction. 7.

The review applications are disposed of.
