The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

It is submitted that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the demolition action of the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), with respect to the property No. 36-A, Mawasi Colony, Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi.

It is further submitted that in view of the pendency of the present writ petition, parties have amicably resolved their disputes. The respondentMCD has addressed the concerns of the petitioners to their satisfaction, and consequently no grievance survives for adjudication. Therefore, the petitioners do not wish to pursue the present writ petition. 4.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who submits that there is a private settlement between the parties and that he has no objection if the present petition is withdrawn.
