The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents no.1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the illegal commercial use of Farm House no. F-16, Pushpanjali Farms, Bijwasan, New Delhi-110061 (hereinafter 'subject property') in violation of the respondent no.1's Circular dated 17th August, 2022 being Policy for Holding Social Functions in eligible Farm Houses within the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

While issuing notice in this petition on 20th November, 2025, this Court had passed the following directions:

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.4 submits that the respondent no.4 is not the owner of the subject property. 4.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, counsel for the respondents no.1 and 2/ MCD has handed over a communication dated 10th March, 2026 sent by the respondents no.1 and 2/ MCD to one Sh. Amit Jidani, tenant/ organizer of the subject property.
