This is a petition under Section 528 seeking quashing of FIR no. 489/2022, registered at PS Jagatpuri, under Section 376 IPC along with all proceedings emanating thereto.

After part submissions, Mr. Anuj, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 3.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Both parties are visually impaired. Respondent no. 2 states that it is very inconvenient to appear again and again before the trial court.
