This revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"] has been filed against an order of the Trial Court dated 14.08.2025 in CS DJ 192/2025. By the said order, an application of the respondents for amendment of the plaint was allowed. 2.

The proviso to Section 115(1) of the CPC restricts revision petitions to situations where the impugned order, had it been made in favour of the revisionist, would have disposed of the suit or proceedings. In the present case, had the application for amendment been dismissed, it would not have put an end to the suit.

In this view of the matter, Ms. Varisha Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with liberty to pursue alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioner in law. 4.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
