The present petition has been filed seeking grant of parole for a period of three months on the pretext of the marriage of petitioner's elder daughter, which is stated to be scheduled on 01.12.2025. 2.

Issue notice.

Mr. Amol Sinha, learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State accepts notice.

He submits that the present petition has been filed directly without approaching the authorities. He further submits that the present petition will be considered as an application of the petitioner and the same shall be disposed of by the competent authority within a period of five working days. 5.

The statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.
