% 28.01.2019 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that he has now learnt that the police had completed the investigation and has submitted report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. seeking prosecution of some of the persons including the petitioners, for offences under sections 420/120B IPC, such array of accused inclusive of persons who are not before this court in these proceedings.

He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to come with a comprehensive petition, including the other connected individuals as parties in light of the facts which have been presented before the Metropolitan Magistrate through the above mentioned report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted.
