The Petitioner is a life convict in FIR No. 50/2008 under Sections 302/364/392/397/201/34 of Indian Penal Code, 18601, registered at P.S. Palam Village.

The Petitioner is presently on parole pursuant to order dated 16th October 2025 in W.P. (Crl.) 3173/2025, which was further extended on 31st October 2025, and the said period is now due to expire. It is also noted that the Petitioner is convict in another case, FIR No. 94/2001, registered at P.S. Delhi Cantt. for offences under Section 397/34 IPC, in which he has likewise been granted parole by this Court in W.P. (Crl.) 3751/2025 vide order dated 14th November 2025 for a period of two weeks. 3.

It is submitted that unless the present parole is extended, the benefit of 1 "IPC"

the parole granted in the other matter would become ineffective. 4.

It is further submitted that the Petitioner met with an accident on 10th November, 2025, resulting in spinal injuries. Reliance is placed on the medical documents filed along with the petition. 5.

Considering the overall circumstances and the fact that the Petitioner is undergoing medical treatment, the parole granted vide order dated 16th October 2025, as extended on 31st October 2025, is extended further and shall remain co-terminus with the parole granted by order dated 14th November 2025 in W.P. (Crl.) 3751/2025. Counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that no further extension will be sought and that the Petitioner shall surrender upon expiry of the extended period. 6.
