% 08.07.2017 In the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat after certain negotiation both the parties have agreed for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- over and above the award, payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in the appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellants, towards full and final settlement of the present claim. The amount be deposited within 30 days by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be payable from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the claimants on completion of formalities. In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this

appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
