WP(C) 2217/2017 Mr.Jha, states that the minor petitioner belongs to EWS category and is seeking relief under the EWS category.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent nos.1, 4 and 5 state that this case shall be governed by order dated March 08, 2017 in W.P.(C) No. 2188/2017. They also state, the schedule of filing the pleadings shall be the same as in W.P.(C) No. 2188/2017. Their statement is taken on record. For parity of reasons, the petition is disposed of. The petitioner and
respondent nos.1, 4 and 5 shall appear before Director of Education on 15th March, 2017 at 4.30 PM. They shall be at liberty to take all such pleas as available to them both on facts and in law.
It is made clear that the Court has not expressed any view on the merit of the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition. If aggrieved by the order, concerned parties shall be at liberty to seek such remedy as available in accordance with law.
The petition is disposed of.
