% 23.03.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to approach this court by way of fresh common petition to challenge the judgment of the rent control tribunal dated 15.02.2018 in RCT No.23/2016 (1170/2016), in the event of his pending appeals RCT No.20379/2016 and RCT No.01/2018 against the order under Section 14(2) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 also being dismissed thereby affirming the order of eviction, which has been passed by the rent controller by a subsequent order.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. R.K.GAUBA, J.
