At the outset, Mr. Sachin Chauhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned communication indicates that the candidature of the Petitioner is deemed to have been cancelled, without any justification and giving opportunity to the Petitioner. He further submits that representation was made way back on 23.08.2024 but the same is still pending consideration and at this stage it would suffice if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the representation.

Learned counsels, as aforesaid, accept notice on behalf of respective Respondents.
7.
Without entering into merits of the case at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 23.08.2024 in accordance with law within four weeks from today. Decision will be communicated to the Petitioner within one week and he be at liberty to take recourse to legal remedies, in case of any surviving grievance. 8.
