The grievance of the decree holders is that the Local Commissioner appointed by this Court in CS(OS) 258/2022 is not moving ahead with the mandate granted to him vide order dated 1st February, 2024. 2.

Counsel for the decree holders seeks to withdraw the present execution petition with liberty to move an application in the suit being CS(OS) 258/2022.

Accordingly, the present execution petition, along with all pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
