This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR no. 557/2020, under Sections 307/34 IPC and under Section 25/27 Arms Act, registered at PS Geeta Colony as also the proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

After part submissions, Ms. Kirti Singh, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing on merits.
