This writ petition is filed aggrieved of the inaction of the respondents to revise the financial up-gradation of the petitioner in the revised pay scale as per order dated 21.08.2015.

The grievance raised in the petition is that the representation dated 28.10.2022 has not been considered till date. 3.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and decide by passing a speaking order. An expeditious disposal shall be appreciated. 4.

Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law, if aggrieved of the decision.
