O R D E R

% 14.03.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent company states that a payment in the sum of Rs.15 Lacs has already been made to the petitioner and that the balance sum of Rs.15 Lacs shall be paid to the latter positively on or before 28th April 2017.

Directed accordingly.

The respondent company shall file an undertaking supported by an affidavit in this behalf before this Court within one week from today. With these directions, the petition and pending applications stand disposed of accordingly, with liberty to revive the same in the event the terms of the undertaking furnished on behalf of the respondent company are not complied with.
