These writ petitions are filed by the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to Respondent No. 2/Maxfort Public School to admit/enroll the Petitioners in the allotted classes (Nursery/Pre-school) for the academic session 2025-2026. 4.

Ms. Shikha, learned counsel for Respondent No.2/School, on instructions, without prejudice to the legal issues raised in W.P.(C) 14037/2024, submits that the Petitioners will be given admission in nursery/pre-school.

Let the Petitioners approach the Principal of the school on or before 01.12.2025 at 09:30 AM, for completion of necessary formalities. 6.

Writ petitions along with the pending applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
