The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "A. To direct Respondent No. 1 EOW to investigate into to complaints dated 23.12.2024 and 08.01.2025 and register the case against those officials/ contractor found guilty for financial fraud, breach of trust, rotting and decaying the flats for 17 years.

B. To direct the Respondent No. 2 DSIIDC to initiate departmental inquiry against officials responsible for mismanagement, violation of General Financial Rules, not carrying out maintenance and upkeep of flats, hasty release of security and the bogus expenditure incurred in the name of maintenance of flats during last 17 years and yet the flats continued to rot and decay.

C. To direct Managing Director Respondent No. 2 DSIIDC to take such remedial action as necessary in the light of violation of the terms of the scheme '2nd Rajiv Gandhi Residential Scheme'.

D. Any other relief, order, direction which this Hon'ble Court may consider it appropriate in the interest of justice." 2.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner after some arguments seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition to avail the remedies available to him in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
