V The above captioned two applications arise out of the one FIR and therefore, with the consent of both the parties, these applications were heard together and by this common order, they are being disposed of. At the hearing, learned counsel for petitioners had submitted that / petitioners have clean antecedents.
While entertaining these applications, petitioners were directed to join the investigation of this case as the contents of the FIR stood belied by the statement of the prosecutriX/Victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits .
that petitioners have joined the investigation of this case. Without commenting upon the merits, the interims orders of 13th & 27th February, 2015 are made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitionersBindeshWar and Chandu Mandal be admitted to bail, subject to their furnishing bail bond in the sum of20,0OO/ each with one local surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating officer/Arresting Officer.
Both these applications are accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
