The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, Court, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "a) initiate contempt proceeding against the alleged contemnor for wilful and deliberate disobedience of order dated 29.10.2021 passed in CA No. 169 of 2019 by the Ld. ASJ/Special Court, NDPS, Patiala House Court, New Delhi;
b) allow interest on the accumulated arrears of maintenance @ 12% per annum on the unpaid amount;
-Andc) pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONER HEREIN SHALL EVER PRAY."
