% 06.09.2018 The counsel for the respondent (complainant before the trial court) submits that pursuant to an amicable settlement reached, as was incorporated in the order dated 20.08.2018 in RFA no. 405/2018 titled Virender Kumar Garg v. Manju Garg, the respondent undertakes to withdraw the criminal complaint from which the present petition arises within four weeks hereof. The counsel for the petitioner in this view submits, on instructions, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to his defences before the trial court.
