The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) read with Section 528 (Section 482 Cr.P.C.) of BNSS seeking Anticipatory Bail in case FIR No.455 of 2024 registered under Section 376 IPC, Police Station Mohan Garden, Dwarka, New Delhi. 2.
Mr. Amandeep Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this Court vide Order dated 10.03.2025 had granted interim protection to the petitioner subject to joining the investigation. 3.
He submits that the petitioner had joined the investigation as and when called by the IO concerned. He further submits that the investigation stands concluded and the charge-sheet has also been filed without arrest of the petitioner.

The factum of joining the investigation by the petitioner as well as filing of charge-sheet, is also affirmed by the Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, on instructions received from the concerned IO, who is present in the Court.

Since, the charge-sheet has been filed, evidently, the petitioner's custody is not required for any investigation. 6.
In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in the event of the petitioner's arrest, he may be released on subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/-, as well as one surety of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO concerned, further subject to the following conditions:
i. Petitioner shall provide mobile number to the IO concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times and he shall not change the mobile number without prior intimation to the Investigating Officer concerned.
ii. Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.
iii. Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 5.
It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 6.
The petition stands disposed of.
