The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has amicably been settled between both the parties vide Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2025, executed at Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi, and as per the said Settlement Agreement the amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- has been paid to the petitioner by the respondent vide Demand Draft (DD) bearing no. 510677 dated 09.09.2025. 2.

Considering that both the parties have amicably settled all their disputes vide Settlement Agreement dated 21.07.2025, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

In the meantime, it is directed that both the parties will remain bound by the said Settlement Agreement.
