For the reasons mentioned therein, the application is allowed and hearing dated 11.07.2025 is preponed to this date. W.P.(CRL) 3871/2024 2.

It is noticed that in terms with order dated 14.01.2025, petitioner has not disclosed the address on which he intends to reside if parole is granted. 3.

Besides, the petitioner has not challenged order dated 03.01.2025 of the competent authority whereby his parole application was rejected with detailed reasons. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, challenging the said order dated 03.01.2025.

As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
