% 02.11.2018 C.M. No.46064/2018 (Condonation of Delay) The present application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 has been instituted on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking condonation of delay of one day in filing the accompanying review petition. Notice.

Counsel as above accept notice on behalf of the nonapplicants/respondents and fairly do not oppose the application. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay of one day in filing the accompanying review petition is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly.

W.P.(C) 2988/2018

REVIEW PET.407/2018 Having heard Mr. Neeraj Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioner, it is evident that the submission of the petitioner is that the finding arrived at by this Court, in terms of the decisions relied upon in the order under review, are erroneous. In this view of the matter, the present application seeking review of the order dated 10.09.2018 is untenable. The same is accordingly dismissed. The review petitioner is, however, at liberty to assail the order dated 10.09.2018 rendered by this Court, in an appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law.
